Development of Utility Discussed by D. J. Angus. D. J. Angus, a director of: the Citizens Gas and Coke Utility, told members of the Real Estate Board yesterday at a luncheon in the Washington, that exhaustive studies

and reports had been made of natural gas in connection with discussions of the possibility of bringing it to the city. Mr. Angus’ subject was “Some Factors to be Considered in the Development of the Utility.” William G. Albershardt, board vice president, introduced Mr. Angus. The board’s first golf tourney of the season is to be held Wednesday on the Coffin course. Dinner and entertainment are to “follow the tourney.
