FUNERAL RITES TOMORROW FOR MARY F. MOORE Life-Long Resident of City Is to Be Buried in Holy Cross Cemetery, Funeral services for Mrs. Mary F. Moore, 65, of 2229 N. Talbot-st, are to be held at 8:30 tomorrow morning In the home and at 9 in the SS Peter and Paul Cathedral. Burial is to be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Moore, a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, died yesterday in her home. She had been ill for more than a year. She was a member of the cathedral and of its Altar Society. Surviving are the husband, M. J. Moore; a daughter, Mrs. Adelaide Miller; a sister. Mrs. Adelaide Callahan; a brother, J. Harry O'Brien, and a granddaughter, Joan Miller, all of Indianapolis. Mrs. Mary E. Hauck Last rites for Mrs. Mary E. Hauck, who died yesterday at the home of her son, Lee Hauck, 3229 Forest Manor-av, are to be held at 2 Thursday in the Wald Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Crown Hill. Mrs. Hauck had been ill several years. She was 89. She was a native of Switzerland, coming to the United States when she was 3 years old. Before coming to Indianapolis 55 years ago, she lived in Illinois. She was a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church and the Woman's Missionary Society. Survivors are the son, daughter, Mrs. F. C. Urfer of Peoria, 111.; sister, Mrs. Anna Bradshaw, of Columbus, O.; brother, Jacob Eusey, of Millersburg, o.; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Charles T. Foreman Services are to be held at 3:30 tomorrow at Flanner & Buchanan Mortuary for Charles T. Foreman, a resident of Indianapolis 45 years, who died yesterday afternoon in Methodist Hospital. Burial is to be in Crown Hill. Mr. Foreman, who was 65, was born in Paris, 111., and was a member of the Modern Woodmen. He had been a traveling shoe salesman in Indiana 40 years. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Nora Foreman; daughter, Mrs. Frank Levinson; sister, Mrs. P. M. Mitchell of Mooresville and three grandchildren. Mrs. Asenath S. Forman Funeral services were to be held today in Maysville, Ky., for Mrs. Asenath S. Forman, who died yesterday in her home, 2154 N. Dela-ware-st, after an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Forman, who was 92, had lived in Indianapolis 15 years. Survivors are two sons, William F. Forman, Indianapolis, and Samuel Forman, Chicago, and five daughters, Mrs. George F. Mrs. Cynthia Federle Funeral services for Mrs. Cynthia Jane Federle, who died last night at her home, 552 Parker-av, after an illness of two years, are to be held at 2 tomorrow in the home. He was believed to have suffered a heart attack induced byexcitement from attending qualification trials Sunday at the Speedway. Robert attended Columbus and Broad Ripple High Schools and was graduated from Technical High School. He was a member of the Butler University water polo team. He was majoring in chemistry, planning to study medicine. Another brother, Ross, 4, also survives. died Sunday night in Methodist Hospital of an infection. About 10 days ago Ronald placed some pebbles in his ears to amuse his sister. Sue Anne. He was unable to remove the pebble from his right ear and his mother took him to Methodist Hospital where it was removed. Five other operations were performed to combat the infection. Mr. Browning is ill in the hospital and the shock of Ronald's death has caused a relapse. M'NUTT FORGES CHARGED WITH HARMING PARTY Lost 121,059 Democratic Votes in Two Years, Deery Says. The administration of Gov. McNutt today was accused of having lost 121,059 Democratic votes from 1932 to 1934. The statement was made by James E. Deery, Indianapolis city corporation counsel, last night before the McKinney-for-Governor Club of Evansville. “There is no use closing our eyes to figures. We cast 121,059 less votes in 1934 than we did in 1932. while the Republicans increased their vote for secretary of state, 20,827,’’ he said. “In 1934, the popularity of President Roosevelt resulted in a landslide in most states. The people demonstrated they had not lost confidence in our President. But for some reason or another Indiana got out of step with the rest of the nation. “What is the cause? I don't know.

TEACHERS ARE HELD ELIGIBLE FOR FUND Luts Ruling Affects Persons Not Having State Licenses. Teachers at the Indiana State School for the Deaf and the Indiana State School for the Blind who are not licensed by the State Board of Education are eligible to membership in the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund. Atty. Gen. Philip Lutz Jr. ruled today. Mr. Lutz recommended that all teachers of state institutions be required to have state licenses.
