PLAYGROUNDS ARE TO OPEN IN CITY ON JUNE 15 Little Eagle Creek Site Only New Addition to System. Thirty-eight playgrounds opening on June 15 are to be operated here this summer by the Park Board, H. W. Middlesworth, city recreation director, has announced. The Little Eagle Creek Park playground, now in the process of construction, is the only addition to the system. As previously announced, playgrounds at Pleasant Run-blvd and Orange-st and Ray and Wyom-lng-sts are not to be opened. Grounds to be supervised by the board are: Belmont, at Belmont-av and White River; Brookside, 16th and Dearborn-sts; Brightwood, Roosevelt and Olney-sts; Christian, Eng-lish-av and Denny-st; Camp Sullivan (white), New York and Weststs; Camp Sullivan (Negro), New York and Wcst-sts. Cornelias, Cornelius and 40th-sts; George Washington, 30th and Dear-born-sts; Douglass (Negro) 25th-st and Martindale-av; Ellenberger, Michigan-st and Pleasant Run-blvd: Finch, State and Fletcher-avs; Fall Creek. Fall Creek-blvd and Collegeav; 49th and Arsenal, 49th-st ana Arsenal-av. JURY FAILS TO REACH VERDICT IN WILL SUIT Bequest of Former City Resident Contested at Lebanon.
