Indiana, endorsed “Bid for School Building Bonds of May, 1938.’’ A prospectus of said bonds, form and envelopes necessary to be used in bidding will be furnished upon application to the undersigned. Said bonds will be Issued by the undersigned pursuant to formal corporate action taken by this Board on February 25. 1938 and on April 30th, 1936. pursuant to the Indiana statute or March 9th, 1931. No bid will be considered except thos* made on the bid blank attached to and made part of said prospectus.
