Run-Around Is 1.7 Miles on U. S. 52 Southeast of Indianapolis. New construction on the Indiana state highway system this week required lour new detours, it was announced today by the State Highway Commission. The detour on United States Road 52 southeast of Indianapolis has been replaced by a 1.7 miles runaround over county bituminous and gravel roads. The official detour for Road 29 traffic between Indianapolis and New Bethel now is United States Road 52 and Road 9. Detoura in effect include: Closed three miles from west weetvtlle east and north over county nitumlnou* and gravel roads; detour from Mishawaka to EUchart is .5 miles over county pavement.
