I. U. GLASSES IN ANNUAL COURSE TO END TONIGHT University of Tennessee Doctor Scheduled to Talk at Medical Center. University classes of the annual post graduate course sponsored by the Indiana University Bchool of Medicine and the State Medical Association a:c scheduled to close tonight at the Medical Center with an address by Dr. Willis Campbell, professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Tennessee. The course opened Monday and is to close tomorrow noon. Highlights of yesterday afternoon’s program at the Claypool were addresses by* Dr. Louis N. Katz, director of cardiovascular relief at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, and assistant professor of physiology at the University of Chicago, and Dr. Dean Lewis, professor of surgery at Johns Hopkins Clinic in Baltimore. Dr. Katz’ subject was “Mechanism of Cardiac Pain,’’ which dealt with symptoms, cause and treatment of angina pectoris. Dr. Lewis’ subject was “Neoplastic Diseases,” which was confined mostly to a discourse on cancer. The program was sponsored by the medical association, while today’s program is under the direction of the university. A total of 580 registered for the course.
HIGHWAY COMMISSION IS NAMED DEFENDANT Property Owner Asks Injunction to Halt Road Work. Members of the State Highway Commission and the Vincennes Steel Corp. today were defendants in a suit filed in Superior Court, Room 5, to enjoin the commission representatives from trespassing on the property of Mrs. Emma Rau Johnson, northwest of the city. The complaint stated that representatives of the commission had cut down trees and done other damage to the plaintiff's property as a part of a widening and improvement project on State Road 52. Parker, Hamilton County agricultural agent, is to resign at the expiration of his contract in June to enter the farm management business. He has held the post nine years. It was indicated a successor would not be named on grounds the office is no longer necessary.

POLAR EXPLORER TO HELP LOCATE METEOR Byrd Aid Joins I. U. Scientists in Search at Linton. By Vnitrtl Bret* LINTON, Ind.. April 10.—Dr. Thomas C. Poulter, second in command of the Byrd Antarctic expedition. today was to aid Indiana University scientists in unearthing a meteorite which fell near here more than a week ago, close to the United States center of population marker. Dr. Poulter brought with him a large magnetic balance to use in attempting to locate the buried bolide. "From all Indications the meteorite buried here is about twice the size of a basketball and it probably will weigh 300 pounds,” he said.
