Therefore, buying real estate for rental investment is certainly a logical place for funds that must earn an income; the renters market is past and the possibility of an assured, steady income from rental property is attractive. If you are a tenant, your rent is almost certain to advance just as it declined from 1929 through 1933. A home purchased now at what are still bargain-counter prices will relieve you of the necessity of constant moves, constantly increasing rents at an outlay not a great deal, if any, higher than probable rental costs for similar property. Figures do not lie. The increasing demand for desirable living quarters, which are not to be had, is an unfailing barometer of even better days to come for the owners of real estate whether it be for investment or for personal use.
