WOMEN'S GROUP AIDS FARMWIFE WITH PROBLEMS ‘Rebuild Not Only Home Hearths but Broken Hearts, Too.’ Times Spninl CHAMPAIGN, 111., March 6PiCdgcd to the task of helping farm women solve their home problems, a small band of trained workers is now at work for the Resettlement Administration in Indiana and four neighboring states, regional officials announced today. Details of the group's work, involving such physical obstacles as travel in regions where roads are mud trails threatened with floods, were discussed today by Miss Lelia Ogle, home economics director. "All through these states, the heart of American agriculture, these women are serving stricken farm families." Miss Ogle said. "They have been confronted with incredible tasks—rebuilding not only home and hearth, but broken hearts as well. “In spite of tremendous handicaps imposed by the weather, these women are accomplishing unbelievable results," she added. "Working with the county rehabilitation supervisors and with the university extension services, they co-operate with the wives of clients who have taken loans in preparing plans for home management. "This is done by first taking a careful inventory of all the resources on the farm which can be utilized—the amount of garden space, dairy products, size of home, etc. Then by use of her special training and experience, the supervisor aids the wife in the most advantageous use of these resources.” Budgets are planned to meet the needs of the individual family, Miss Ogle pointed out, and home plans always are worked out by the su-

The jury is to consider the state's evidence alleging that Fortune killed Oris M. Dokken, 27. Kohler. Wis.. during a poker party holdup last Saturday morning at the home of C. J.
