The school's total enrollment is 1212, a decrease of 56 from last semester. Thirty-three states, Alaska and five foreign countries are represented. Foreign enrollment includes six from Japan, one from China, two from Germany, one from Korea and one from Palestine. EVANS BILL TO STRIKEM'NUTT Measure Would Give Right of Trial by Jury to Workman. Using fox-hunting tactics. Rep. Herbert H. Evans (R., Newcastle;, G. O. He pointed out that under the present law workmen could not have a trial by jury in compensation cases, but must abide by decisions of the high court on all appeals.
