RURAL MAILMEN ARE TO GATHER IN CITY FEB. 22 Seventeenth Annua! Meeting Is to Be Held in the Washington. Speakers who are to address the seventeenth annual convention when the Indiana Federation of Rural Letter Carriers in the Washington, Feb. 22, include Rep. James Mead, Buffalo; Jesse C. Donaldson, Washington; G. F. Klinker, president of the National Federation of Rural Carriers, and Adolph Seidenstickcr, Indianapolis postmaster. The program for out-of-town delegates is to open with an entertainment at the hotel Feb. 21. The regular session is to be opened by Elmer H. The woman's auxiliary of the federation is to bold its sessions at the same hotel. Officers are Mrs. George Slavens, Waveland, president; Mrs. Zella 3. Thomas. Mount Vernon, vice president, and Mrs. L. L. McConnell, Indianapolis, sec-retary-treasurer. Mrs. E. H. Schmalfeldt, Indianapolis, is president of the national federation auxiliary.
