Indiana and in the event no bid is received on said date said sale will be continued from day to dav until a bid or bids have been received for the purchase of said real estate Said bid or bids will be bv such Receiver reported to the Court for its approval or disapproval and any bid being approved bv the Court said Receiver is ordered to execute a deed conveying said real estate to such purchaser free and clear of liens except as above stated, upon payment of the purchase price or at least half thereof, as above herein stated, and the execution of a note secured by a purchase money mortgage on said real estate to such Receiver for such balance, to run not to exceed six months, to bear interest at the rae of six per cent per annum until paid, and attorney’s fees.
