INDIANA. Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Ora F. Moore, Trustee of Jackson School Township, Allen County, Indiana, at his office located at his home on the State Line Road, approximately one mile north of Edgerton, ind., until 11:30 o'clock, a. m., on the llth Hay of .January, 1936, for the purchase of Fifty-five t£s• bends of the aggregate amount of $2’’,308.60. issued by Jackson School Township, Allen County, Indiana. One of said bonds to be of the par value of $308.60, and the remainder of | said bonds to be of the par value of ; Five Hundred ($500,001 Dollars each, and I all of said bonds to be dated January 15, i 1936. Bidders for said bonds shall be required to name the rate of interest which the. bonds will bear, not exceeding Four (4 r n p> per cent per annum. Such interest rate must be in multiples of one quarter of one per cent, and not more than one Interest rate shall be named by each bid- ; der. Said bonds shall be awarded to the highest bidder who has submitted his bid in units herewith. The highest bidder will be one who offers the lowest net interest cost, to be determined by computing the total interest on all of the bonds to maturity and deducting therefrom the premium bid, if any. Accrued interest on the bonds will be computed on the basis of the bid rate accepted. First installment of interest for a period of eighteen (181 months on all of said bonds shall be payable July 15. 1937, and shall be payable semi-annually on the 15th day of January and July of each year until said bonds are paid. Said bonds are Issued for the construction and equipment of a consolidated school in Jackson School Township, Allen County. Indiana, in pursuance to Section 65—313 Burns’ Annotated Indiana Statutes, Revision of 1933, and all acts supplementary and amendatory thereto, and In pursuance to a Resolution of the Advisory Board o f said School Township, passed at a special meeting of said Board on the Bth day of October, 1935, authorizing the Trustee to borrow Twenty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Eight and 60-100 i $27.308 60) Dollars for the purpose set forth and to issue and sell bonds for said purpose. Each bid must be for all of said bonds. Said bonds will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash and for not less than par value. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved by said Trustee. Sale of bonds is further upon the condition that the Public Works Administration of the United States grants to Jackson School Township. Allen County, Indiana, a sum equivalent to forty-five (45%) per cent of the cost of the construction of said consolidated school. The accepted purchaser or purchasers of said bonds shall pay for the same on or before the date of the bonds and upon payment therefore, said bonds shall be delivered to the purchaser or purchasers thereof. Proposals must be endorsed “Bid for School Purpose Bonds of Jackson School Township, Allen County. Indiana," and shall be accompanied by sertified check payable to the Trustee of said Township of 5% of the par value of said bonds bid for.
