Wallace O. Lee, executive committee chairman, named 10 from a committee of 78 to assume direct leadership. The general committee voted yesterday to divert 70 per cent of the receipts to Riley Hospital and 30 per cent to the Warm Springs Foundation. M'SWAIN BACKS BILL TO RAISE AERIAL RDRCES Measure Would Bring Air Strength Up to 2350 Modern Planes. By United Press WASHINGTON, Jan. 3.—Chairman John J. McSwain (D., S.
