FETE ARRANGED BY BOY SCOUTS ON ANNIVERSARY Troop 60 Is to Celebrate Tonight; Award Court to Be Feature. Ninth anniversary of its founding is to be celebrated tonight, by Troop 60. Boy Scouts, at the Carrollton Avenue Reformed Church, 44th-st and Carrollton-av. Dinner at 6:30 is to be followed by a court of awards and addresses by Dr. Ernest N. Evans, Church Federation secretary, and Joel Hadley, Shortridge High School assistant principal. More than 200 dinner reservations have been received. Edward Keller, assistant scoutmaster, is to be in charge of the court in which Robert Newby is to receive tenderfoot ranking; Richard Jones, Lester Thomas, Harry Bate, Calvin and Richard Amott, Joe Boleman and Jack Spencer, second class; Herman Kothe and Hans Mengering, first class; Martin Miller and Robert Sturm, star; Albert Fessler, Shubrick Kothe, Hal Benham, Lewis Morrison, Richard Mueller. George Reid. Newell VanSickle, Edward Liljeblad, Richard Pierce and Harvey Wilmeth, fiveyear veteran. Founded Dec. 17, 1926, with a membership of eight, the troop now has 91 scouts, five leaders and nine troop committeemen. H. T. Vitz is scoutmaster. His assistants are Edward Keller, Robert Hammer. Robert Beckman Brown and Marion Disborough. Troop committeemen are Charles Simpson, Don Morrison, Otto Janus, Fred Robinson, Herman Kothe, Walter Lewis, Dr. Raymond Beeler, Clarence Goris and Dale Griffin.

BUILDING PERMITS $1,301,125 HIGHER Huge Increase Is Shown for Year Over 1934. Building permits issued during this year, including the first week in December, were $1,301,125 higher in value than for the same period in 1934, William F.
