ROSAMOND HILL ASKS DIVORCE Junior Leaguer Charges Husband Drank and Stayed Out Nights. Rosamond Van Camp Hill, prommonl Junior Leaguer, seeks a divorce from Horace F. Hill 111 in a petition on file today in Circuit Court. They were married Sept. 13, 1934. Mrs. Hill alleges non-support, cruel and inhuman treatment, charging among other things that her husband, prominent in Civic Theater affairs spent his nights playing pool, poker and chess and his Sundays at, tennis and golf. She also charged that he frequently took her car at night and did not return until early morning and failed to tell her where he had been. He also frequented bars and at such times as he was in her company was cross and irritable, she charges. The Hills, until their separation, lived with her mother at 43QL Miehigan-rd Oscar Kaelin, attorney for Mr. Hill, declined to comment on allegations of the suit. ROAD BODY OPENS BIDS ON 52.000.000 WORK Improvements Planned for Highways in 17 State Counties. Bids have been opened by the State Highway Commission for road improvement work in 17 counties at an estimated cost in excess of $2,000,000. The bid opening was one of three scheduled for the first three weeks of December, involving a total expenditure of $4,800,000. Those opened yesterday cover work on 114 miles of road, including 50 miles of secondary highways. Work is to be done in the following counties: Sullivan. Brown. Randolph. Martin, Greene. Gibson. Warrick, Blackford, Fulton, Wells, Grant. Whitley, Hendricks, Boone. Marshall. Kosciusko and Wabash.
