PLAN CITY HALL ANNUAL PARTY Committee Decides to Give Affair for Children on Dec. 24. The annual City Hall Christmas party will be held on the morning of Dec. 24, it has been announced by the chairman of the committee, Mrs. Louise Rich, auditor of the ■ Park Board. The committee is arranging to 1 erect a huge Christmas tree on the ; main floor around which needy children invited with the help of the various social agencies will receive simple toys and candy. The Fire Department band will furnish music for singing. Last year about 509 children attended the party and their singing and shouts of glee resounded throughout the building. An ordinance requiring trackless trolleys to stop only at safety zones or at curbs bordering street intersections is to be introduced before the City Council, it was announced yesterday by the Safety Board.
