C. A. BOSCHEN RITES ARRANGED FOR TOMORROW Retired Railroad Conductor Had Worked 36 Years for Three Lines. Last rites Tor Charles A. Boschen, 217 N. Prrshing-av, retired passenger conductor, who died yesterday afternoon in the Methodist Hospital, are to be held at 2 tomorrow in Royster <V Askin Mortuary. Burial is to be in Glen Haven Cemetery. Mr. Boschen, 68. was an employe of the Peoria f eastern Railroad until April, whf illness forced his retirement. 7 was a conductor 36 years and formerly worked for the Pennsylvania and Big Four Railroads. He was a member of the West Park Christian Church, a charter member of Evergreen Lodge No. 712. F. A. M ; Ben-Hur Lodge. Order of Railway Conductors and Puritan Lodge No. 678. I. O O. F. Survivors are the kidow. Mrs. Harriet Nolting Bosrhen; a son. M G. Boschen, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Clara Klee Dead The body of Mrs. Clara C. Klee, wife of Alfred P. Klee, president and treasurer of Klee Ar Coleman, is to be returned to Indianapolis from Miami. Fla., tonight for burial. Arrangements have nci been completed. A resident of Indianapolis for many years, Mrs. Klee died in Miami Wednesday night after a brief illness. She was 70. For the last few years Mr. Klee had maintained a permanent home in Miami and Mrs. Klee had been there on the present visit since April. She is survived by the widower. Services for Calvin Long Services for Calvin Long, who died Wednesday at his home, 120 Minkner-st, of cerebral hemorrhage, are to be held at 130 tomorrow afternoon in the Pentecostal Assembly. 1547 W. Ohio-st. Burial is to be in Floral Park. Mr. Long, who was 75, formerly was a foreman at Atkins' Saw Works and had lived in Indianapolis for 35 years. He was born in Peru, Ind., and is survived by the widow. Mrs. Mary Hogan Long; a son, Robert, and a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Parker. Helena Feels New Temblor P<i i niti ii i'n .1* HELENA. Mont.. DAIRY PRODUCTS GROUP WILL ELECT OFFICERS Prof. H. \V. Gregory, of Purdue, Will Give Annual Review of Industry. Two hundred fifty members attending the nineteenth meeting of Indiana Manufacturers of Dairy Products are to elect officers today. Sessions are being held in the Sevcrin. 'Prof. H W. Gregory, of Purdue, is to give an annual review of the dairy situation. Yesterday problems of the milk, butter and ice cream industries of the state were discussed. Speakers included George Palmer, of South Bend, president; the Rev. William Carey, of Notre Dame, who told the story of the life of Louis Pasteur and the development of pasteurization, William Baum, consultant for the Management Institute, and John Taylor, director of the State Beard of Health dairy products bureau.

HABITUAL CRIMINAL LAW IS SUSTAINED State Supreme Court Denies Sammons' Appeal. The Indiana habitual criminal law. providing that a life sentence may be given a person convicted of three felonies, was upheld by the Supreme Court yesterday in denial ot the appeal of Janies (Fun Sammons, notorious gunman and former Capone associate. Sammons has spent 26 of his 50 years in prison and once barely cheated the electric chair in Illinois. Sentenced to life on the habituai criminal charge in Lake County, Sammons appealed on the grounds that the Lake prosecutor established only two of the four previous felony convictions with which he was charged when indicted for bribery.
