STATE HIGHWAY WORK HALTED BY WEATHER No Change in Detours Is Reported Because of Labor Letup. Construction work temporarily was halted this week on Indiana highways because of unfavorable weather. Con.sequently, no changes in detours are reported. Several projects will be started and work will be resumed on a number of others as soon as the weather permits, according to James D. Adams, State Highway Commission chairman.
