100 WHOLESALE BEER LICENSES ISSUED TO DATE 11 Breweries in Indiana Granted Permits to Operate. Thf Alcoholic Beverages Commission has issued approximately 100 wholesale beer permits and 11 brewery permits to replace licenses expiring Nov. 15. The commission also issued eight port of entry permits to wholesalers to replace importers outlawed by the new liquor law. Breweries licensed include the F W. Cook Cos., Evansville; K. G. Sehmirit Brewing Cos., Logansport; Lafayette Brewery, Inc., Lafayette; Berghoff Brewing Cos., Ft. Wayne; Kamm At Schellingcr Cos.. Mishawaka; South Bend Beverage and lee Association, South Bend; the Mues el Brewing Cos., South Bend; T. M. Norton Brewing Cos., Anderson; Lieber Brewing Corp.. Indianapolis; Kilev Brewing Cos., Inc., Marion; HofT-Brau Brewing Corp., Ft. Wayne. Port of entry permits isued include Standard National Importers. Inc., Ft. INJURIES KILL AUTOVICTIM Police Declare John Wolf Walked Into Path of Machine. John Wolf, 969 W. Prari-st. died last night in a City Hospital ambulance of injuries he received when he was struck by an auto at West and Washington-sts. Police were told that Mr. Wolf walked into the

path of the auto, which was driven by Albert Low, 16, of 1237 W. New York-st. Young Low was arrested for having no driver's license.
