Executive board called into session, GRAZING CATTLE SUIT BROUGHT BY FARMER Morgan County Farmer Charges He Had to Build $250 Fences. Transfer last year of thousands of cattle from the drought-stricken nreas c f the Southwest to fertile Indiana pasture lands was recalled today by a suit on file in Superior Court. D. D. Scherer, Morgan County farmer, was among those who signed a grazing agreement with the Governors’ Unemployment Relief Commission. Mr. Scherer claims it was necessary for him to build additional fences (o properly care for the drought cattle turned over to him.
