keep step with increased horsepower and greater speed. This year manufacturers have engineered their products to protect owners against their own careless driving. Mechanical improvements are numerous. Better riding qualities resultant of different type springing are noticeable. The back seat rider of a few years ago could not have dreamed of the motoring comfort to be found in this year's creations. They surpass milady's fondest expectations. The bodies have more leg and elbow room. The seats are no longer hard and lumpy like Grandma’s old sofa, but properly cushioned, rather than padded. Fresh air without drafts can be ordered as one desires by adjustable ventilating systems. Besides these advantages the 1936 models will be bought because they are not only desirable to have, but beautiful to behold—thanks to the style engineers!
