Mrs. Joseph Hamaker before her marriage last Saturday was Miss Lillian Berner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Berner. The marriage of Miss Lucinda Smith, formerly of Indianapolis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Smith, to Charles A. Sulzbacher, Mew York, took place yesterday in New York where the couple is to live. They are to return from a trip to Bermuda after Nov. 15. Mr. and Mrs. John Mead are to make their home in Ft. Wayne after returning from their wedding trip. Mrs. Mead before her marriage last Saturday at the home of her patents, Mr. and Mrs. William Holloway Stafford, was Miss Sybil Stafford. Mr. Mead is a son of Mrs. Franklin B. Mead, Ft. Wayne. Mrs. Grace F. Mackay announces the engagement of her daughter. Miss Jean Mildred Mackay, to Dr. Robert P. Boesingcr, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Boesingcr. The wedding is to take place in December. Miss Frances Lemaux, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Ward Lemaux, became the bride of Duncan R. Miller, lowa City, la., in a ceremony Oct. 21t at the Tabernacle Presbyterian Church. Mr. Miller is a son of Mrs. Carl Miller, loiva City. The bride is shown ivith her attendants. Ogbornc before her recent marriage was Miss Jeannette Shepard, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry S. Shepard. Mr. and Mrs. Ogbome are to make thiir home in Newcastle. Before her marriage last week, Mrs. Robert E. Walker, was Miss Helen Frances Carson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Carson. Mr. and Mrs. Walker are to be at home after Nov. 10 at 3758 N. Pennsylvania-st. The engagement of Miss Dorothy Elkins to William Travis Irwin, is announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent 0. Elkins. The wedding is set for Nov. 28. Mrs. Patrick R. Larkin formerly teas Miss Virginia Cronin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Cronin Jr., Hartford City.
