PARK HEADS OF STATE TO HOLD PARLEY MONDAY .125 Members Expected to Attend Convention at Bloomington. RV Times Sprrial BLOOMINGTON. Ind., Oct. 11 More than 125 members of the Indiana Association of Park Departments, representing 76 cities with municipal parks, are expected here Monday for the organization’s twentieth annual convention. A tentative program was announced today by A. O. Henry, association president. It includes ad- j dresses by Dr. William L. Bryan, ! Indiana University president; G. G. Eppley, Indianapolis, state Emergency Relief recreational director, and V. K. Brown, Chicago park district official. Speakers who are to discuss park maintenance Tuesday are W. H. Walker, South Bend; Ray Stubbs, East Chicago; Karl Kae Knecht, Evansville; Floyd V. Merriman and Jackiel W. Joseph, Park Board president, Indianapolis, and Adolph ! Jaenicke, Ft. Wayne. The arrangement committee is composed of M. R. Currie, associa- I tion secretary-treasurer, W. H. ' Adams and local park board members. They are being assisted by T. J. Snare, Fred Seward, Harry Dowell and Fred Lockwood, Cham- i her of Commerce secretary. Annual reports are to be given by Mr. Henry, Mrs. Lillian White, Terre Haute, vice president, and Mr. Currie. Two to Represent City Jackiel W. Joseph, Park Board president, and Paul E. Rathert, board member, are to represent Indianapolis at the twentieth annual convention of the Indiana Association of Park Departments at Bloomington Monday and Tuesday.
