EVIDENCE ENDS IN PARISH CASE Jury in Federal Court to Begin Deliberations This Afternoon. *•> Timm tpm.nl CHICAGO. May 2—The case of Frank P. Parish, who promoted :he Mi ssoun-Kansas Pip*' Lino Corp. and then lost control of it to the Columbia Gas and Electric Corp and Doherty interests, was to go to the jury in Federal Court here this afternoon. Mr. Parish and Samuel J. Maridin, an associate. arc charged with having used the mail? to defraud Investors in Missouri-Kansas. Their trial began April 2 and was concluded yesterday before Judge John P. Barnes. The last witness yesterday was Frank P. Fisher, a consulting engineer of California, who said that the company’s bonded indebtedness could be wiped out in 25 years by annual amortization funding, and the value of the pipe line would actually be SI 80 for each dollar invested by Missouri-Kansas in the construction of the line.
