And what a neat new Easter frock! huge ’egg'’ as part of the Easter fun at Callander. Nobody got more fun out of the stunt than Yvonne, whose face shows exuberant joy.

“Well, and who are you, now?" asks Marie with wide eyes as she confronts the Chocolate Easter Bunny, who doesn't wink an eye or wiggle an ear at the meeting. “Huh!” sniffs Marie. “I guess if you're not afraid, I'm not!”

Taking a peep at life in the raw—the quins are astonished to find that Easter chicks are even softer and more helpless than they are. Marie, left, has to be held back by Nurs Leroux lest she climb right into the basket with the chicks, while Cecile studies the strangers gravely. But Emelie, right, is chiefly interested in the camera as Nurse De Kiriline holds her steady.

Nevertheless, as you see in the pictures, lilies and rabbits, traditional Easter fixtures, found their way into the nursery and were inspected with that innocent curiosity that only children of the age of the quintuplets can muster.

0£ course little Yvonne couldn't be expected to know that it’s a cross of Easter lilies before her, but she’s plainly much interested.

Daily the interest in these charming young ladies grows, and their “fan” mail increases. But they are carefully guarded from the outside world which they are not yet able to meet, and only by these pictures are the people of the world, generously interested in them, acquainted with their home life.
