Stephen Kitzer Jr.'s own mischievous ne's blew bark upon him with a biting, fiery brrath yesterday. Stephen, a 10-year-old pupil at School 9. brought some pepper to school wrapped in a handkerchief. This pepper, he later told his •enrher. was going to be blown into the faces of his unexpectingplaymates. Stephen forgot about the handkerchief and when he felt a sneeze coming on in school, lifted it to his nose. The pepper flew into his eyes. He was sent to City Hospital. Danville Names English Dean I)r. Peyton H. Canary, member of the research staff of Indiana University. has been elected head of the English department of Central Normal College at Danville, and will take up the duties of his new position June 10.
