Atty. Qen. Homer S. Cummings—following the rue of the state of Illinois--has instructed Dlst. Atty. Dwight H Green to "forget” the reman.mg Federal charges against Insull. Word that he la “scott free” has reached the 75-year-old Insull in the ueclnsion of his near North Bide hotel where his days are spent writing a book on his triumphs and tribulations. M'NUTT DENIES PLEDGE TO CALL EXTRA SESSION

Message Merely Indicated Probable Necessity. He Points Out. Gov. Paul V. McNutt today denied emphatically that he had ever promised or even implied a promise that there would be a special session of the Indiana General Assembly. The Governor triumphantly pointed to his message to the legislators in which he said. "A special session probably may be necessary.” He also denied that there had been a conference of legislators with him prior to the passage of the liquor bill. MURAT SHRINE CAST TO REHEARSE FOR DRAMA Prepares for 51st Spring Ceremonial Here Tomorrow. The dramatic cast and staff of Murat Shrine will hold a dress rehearsal tonight in preparation for the fifty-first annual spiring ceremonial tomorrow afternoon and night. An elaborate initiation will be part of the "show" and many stunts have been arranged to interest novitiates. Several thousand Shriners are expected at tomorrow's events.
