When the battery is low. or when the radio, heater, headlamps, cigar lighter or other electric units are drawing upon the battery reserve, the charging rate of the generator automatically rises to about 20 amperes. As the battery’ becomes fully charged or when the electric accessory load decreases, the generator output drops to a trickle charge or only five or six amperes. Riding comfort is improved both by the greater length of the chassis and by the fact that anew and more rigid frame is employed.
