"I'll take the back seat, now* Meredith Nicholson Sr Indiana author and American minister to Venmtula. said yesterday as he discussed the success of his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Roberta West Nicholson, only woman member of the Indiana General A-vembly. He and Mrs. Nicholson Sr. had arrived a few hours earlier from Washington, where Mr. Nieholson. former minister to Paraguay. had made necessary arrangements for his new post. "We regretted leaving Paraguay. The natives kindly and hospitable and so patient and brave through all the unsettled warring renditions* Mr. and Mrs. Nicholson explained. The streets are filled with women wearing black shawls on their heads, in memory of their relatives killed in the strife." As Mr. and Mrs. Nicholson remained in their suite at the Indianapolis Athletic Club, the telephone rang, messengers delivered flowers and friends stopped in. They will remain in Indianapolis for ten days before returning to Washington. "Smoke" (mil Woman's Life CLEVELAND, March 14. Want to Look Young? The secret of keeping young is to feel young—to do this you must get at the cause —there’s no need of having a sallow complexion—dark rings under your eyes—pimples—a bilious look in your face—dull eyes with no sparkle. Your doctor will tell you ninety per cent of all sickness comes from inactive bowels. The clubs for production of colts would be similar to those now in existence for competitive production of cows and pigs. The project was decided upon at a meeting of all concerned.
