Opposition to House Bill 418. which would place an annual S3O •ax on trucks making trips outside Marion County and an annual tax of $25 on the owners of such trucks, was organized yesterday at a meeting of business men at the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce. The committee to lead the opposition includes F. M. Ackerman. C. B. Ehlers. G M. Ross, operators of inter-county triicks, and H. B. McNeelev, Chamber traffic manager.
