MORRISSEY IS SUED IN VENDING MACHINE CASE Replevin Action Filed; SSO Judgment Also Is Asked. Chief Mike Morrissey was named defendant today in a replevin suit brought in cuperior Court by James H. Cardinal, 651 Massachusetts-av, seeking to recover twe vending machines seized oy police in a recent raid. In addition to asking the return of the macnines, valued at SSO. Mr. Cardinal also seeks a judgment of SSO alleging in the complaint that the machines were unlawfully detained by Chief Morrissey and wrongfully seized. Cardinal operates a billiard hall.
