MURAT TEMPLE TO CELEBRATE GOLDEN JUBILEE Imperial Potentate to Be Present at Ceremony on Dec. 14. Plans for the celebration by M'lrat temple of the Mystic Shrine of Its jtolden jubilee Friday. Dec 14. were announced last night by Carson B i Harris. Jubilee chairman, at a meet- ‘ mg of local Shriners in Murat temple. William S Rich. 1606 North Delaware street, the only surviving member of the first group of candidates taken into Murat temple in 1864, was introduced by Mr. Harris. Among the speakers were potentate Herschei M T'bay, Dr. C. E. Cox. E E Temperley. Edgar Hart and the heads of the uniformed organizations. Many Visitors Expected Mr. Tebay announced that Dana 1 S Williams. Imperial Potentate for North America, would visit Murat temple for the jubilee and that all Shrmp temples in Indiana would send uniformed delegations. A delegation of 500 from Evansville will come on a special tram, stopping at Terre Haute to pick up additional cars carrying members from Terre Haute. Temples from Hammond and Ft. Wayne have promised to send large delegations The cerebrated "tuxedo patrol'’ of the Logansport Shrine Club will attend as will large delegations from Cincinnati. Louisville. Chicago and Dayton. O. Nov. 14—Premier Pierre Etienne Flandin, backed by the greatest vote of confidence a cabinet head has received in years, embarked today on a program he believed would win success for what he termed ‘‘the last experiment in parliamentarism in France.” At the next meeting of the chamoer of deputies tomorrow. Flandin will insist that the budget receive absolute precedence over all other matters. He plans at the 1935 session to force through the reform of the constitution which he, like his predecessor, Gaston Doumergue, feels is necessary to strengthen the government.
