YOU voters completed the job when YOU wrested the Court House from COFFINISM control and elected the Splendid Group of DEMOCRATIC OFFICIALS who have given such excellent Government for four years. YOU MUST KEEP CONTROL OF THE CITY HALL AND THE COURT HOUSE. TOMORROW YOU HAVE YOUR OPPORTUNITY. You have heard the campaign pleas of those who ask YOU to help fill these offices with the old-time, boss-ruled henchmen who gave YOU Depression, Broken Banks and Bread Lines, whose policies bankrupted business and industry and led YOU to ruin. OR YOU may see clearly the FACTS of better balance sheets, better working conditions and wages, increased farm incomes and financial relief to factories and banks and homes, and the many other New Deal nolicies which RIGHT NOW are leading YOU to RECOVERY. Most of the obstructionist attacks and whispering squads, the scandal and blatant bellowings have tried to tear down these ACTUAL RECORDS of RECOVERY and RECONSTRUCTION. None of them offer you any plan or plain promise of Performance. YOU MUST judge these men by the records of PAST PERFORMANCE, with its rule hy Bosses and Gangs which led you four years ago to clean out the City Hall and the Court House and sweep the county institutions free of the whole breed. Surely on actual records of PERFORMANCE YOU WILL DO YOUR PART TO PROTECT YOUR CITY AND COUNTY - YOU CAN NOT TURN IT BACK TO COFFINISM.
