RILEY HOSPITAL TO HOLD TENTH ANNIVERSARY Sunday Program Will Hear Address by Editor of N. Y. Times. Tenth anniversary program of James Whitcomb Riley hospital will be held Sunday with John H. Finley, associate editor of the New York Times, as one of the mam speakers on the program. Mr. Finley was the speaker at the dedicatory exercises of the hospital In October, 1924. Other speakers are. Hugh Me K Landon. president of the James Whitcomb Riley Memorial Association; Dr. William Lowe Bryan, president of Indiana university, and Dr Carleton B. McCulloch, who will read a manuscript sent him by Meredith Nicholson. United States minister to Paraguay. The hospital will be open for inspection tours throughout the day. Birthdav of the Hoosier poet also will be honored in the rites at the hospital. Pupils of Clemons Vonnegut achool, Vermont and Davidson streets, and of School 2. Delaware and North streets, will honor Riley's birthday tomorrow at a program at the Lockerbie street home.

PAN-AMERICAN EXPERT TO SPEAK BEFORE Y World Affairs Institute lo Hear Hubert Herring. Hubert Herring, authority on panAmerican relations, will speak on "The Monroe Doctrine and the New Pan-Americanism” during the program of the World Affairs Institute of the Indiana Council on International Relations. Nov. 9 and 10. Announcement of the list of speakers was made by E. J. Unruh. executive secretary. Others who will speak are Lewis Corey, economist; H. C. Engelbrecht. member of the research staff of the senate munitions investigation committee; Da\id M. Edwards, president of Friends university. Wichita, Kan.; Linly V. Gordon and Harry N. Holmes, members of the World Alliance for International Friendship through the Churches, and Clark M. Eichleberger. director of the League of Nations Association. The institute will be held in the Y.
