INDIANA LIQUOR ' LAW HEARING SETMONDAY Breweries Contend Statute Restrains Interstate Commerce. Hearing on the suit of three large out-of-state breweries seeking to have the Indiana liquor law declared unconstitutional will be held at 11 Monday in federal court. Attorneys for the breweries seek an injunction restraining Governor Paul V. McNutt, Attorney-General Philip Lutz Jr. and excuse director Paul Frv from enforcing the law- in their particular case The breweries. Premier - Pabst Sales Company.
