KINDERGARTEN SOCIETY OPENS CLASSES AGAIN Registration Is Held Today: Regular Work to Start Tomorrow. Registration for the Indianapolis Free Kindergarten Society opened today from 9 to 12 and from 1 to 3. Regular work will begin tomorrow with hour* from 9 to II 30. Late registrations may be made at the ckwe of any regular session. The opening of the kindergartens marks the fifty-third year of the work of the society. Registration Started Registration for the Meridian Heights kindergarten and primary
school. Forty-seventh street and Park avenue, opened at 9:30 today. Mrs. Roy Huggins, formerly assistant director of nurses at city hospital, has been added to the personnel of the school this year as school nurse. Dr. R. K. Walker will succeed Dr. Frank Hall as school physician. Dr. Hall will leave Indianapolis, to join the teaching staff of Purdue university. The school, which observes the same calendar as public schools, is directed by Mrs. William J. Ervin, who also is teacher of the primary group. Mrs. Phillip S. Hildebrand is the first assistant teacher in charge of the kindergarten group. Officers of the mothers’ club of the school are Mrs. William Baum, president. Mrs. Allan Bloom, vicepresident. and Mrs. J. Walter Winget. secretary. The board of management of the school includes Mrs. W. E. Kvle, executive chairman; Mrs. E. C. Rubush. financial chairman, and Mrs. Donald C. Drake, enrollment chairman.
