Sept. 7.—Three Negro youths today began life terms in the Michigan City state prison I for the murder of Anthony Larusso, Newark, N. J„ circus hand, shot to death in an attempted train robbery near Howe, July 28. The three youths, James Manuel. 22. Raleigh, N. C.; James Garet. 22, i and John Gordon, both of New Orleans, pleaded guilty to second , degree murder indictments in circuit eourt here late yesterday. The trio ; was sentenced immediately. Larusso was slain when a band, of Neemes held up a Ringling Bros, and Barnum and Bailey train en route from Kalamazoo, Mich., to Ft. Wayne.
