TEXTILE UNION WILL’ SPONSOR PICNIC HERE All Union Workers Invit*d to Event Next Sunday. A picnic sponsored by Mallory’ radio and the textile local unions affiliated with the American Federation of Labor will be held at Columbia park Sunday. Members of all other local unions are invited to attend. The textile union’s share of the proceeds will be placed in the organization war chest, to be employed in carrying out the local s share in the present nation-wide textile striae. Races. baseball, tugs-of-war horseshoe pitching, greased pig rodeos, dining and dancing will feature the day's festivities, which will open at 9 30 a. m and end at 11 p. m. From 2 to 2:30 state and local union leaders will speak on existing problems.
