STATE FAIR ART WINNERS NAMED BY BURROUGHS Annual Exhibit Has More ‘Clothes On’ Than in Previous Years. The annual art exhibit at the Indiana Btate lair has more ‘'clothes" on than in former years. There are only two nudes on view. "That is due to the decency wave.” said Oakley E Richey, director of the show. "There always has been a protest against nudes at the fair."
