Chester L. Foerst In recognition of twenty-five years with the telephone industry, Chester L. Foerst. revenue methods supervisor in the Indiana Bell Telephone Company accounting department, today is eligible to receive a service emblem. Mr. Foerst began his career with the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in St. Louis. Mo., as an office boy in August, 1909. He is married, has one daughter, and lives at 5430 College avenue. ORDERS AGED PRISONER REMOVED TO HOSPITAL Fudge Baker Advised Kidnap Suspect, 85, Is 111. Criminal Judge Frank P. Baker today approved an order transferring M. Albertson Howard. 85-year-old Franklin township constable, from the county jail to the city hospital detention home. Mr. Howard, who is charged with kidnaping, has become ill and needs hospital attention, according to the order.
