day. it was announced In Booneville by Attorney-General Phillip Lutz Jr. • Mr. Lindsey formerly was judge of Warrick circuit court and prior to becoming prosecuting attorney was assistant attorney-general under Mr. Lutz. Mr. Scales, who resigned office because of ill health, is the present nominee for prosecuting attorney.
