Aug. 3—A regulation, designed to tighten another possible loophole in liquor law enforcement. was announced today by Guy T. Helvering, internal revenue commissioner, placing all liquor rectifiers under control of the alcohol tax unit. The regulation will be effective Sept. 1 and will subject rectifying plants to rigid government inspection.
