Prime Minister John E Brownlee toriav was excused from paying SISOOO damages for seduction. E g jun verdict favoring Vivian MacMillan, 22. and her father, the Alberta supreme court ruled neither had a right to action because seduction had not interfered with Miss MacMillans ability to serve her father or serve herself. Brownlees resignation, presented to • nt-governor of Alberta, had not yet been accepted. It was not known if the court action would have any bearing on his political fate. An order requiring passports for itinerant parrots was issued yesterday by Dr. Verne K. Harvey, state health director, in co-operation with federal health authorities. The passport will give Polly a clean bill of health and certify, on the word of an accredited veterinarian, that she doesn’t have psittacosis, or parrot fever.
