NEW CATHEDRAL RECTOR TAKES POST TOMORROW Elaborate Ceremonies Will Mark Instalation of Monsignor Noll. Elaborate ceremonies at 9 tomorrow morning will mark formal installation of the Rt Rev. Raymond R Noll, D. D.. as pastor of SS. Peter and Paul cathedral. Monsignor Noll will be installed bv the Most Rev. Joseph Elmer Ritter, bishop of the Indianapolis diocese, who will preach the sermon. Coincident with the installation will be celebration of the feast of SS. Peter and Paul, patron saints of the cathedral. Prior to the ceremony, a solemn high mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Noil. Bishop Ritter will preside on the throne assisted by the Rev. Francis Boeres. C. S. C.. as arch-priest and the Rev. Anthony Roach and the Rev. Carl Herold as deacons of honor. Monsignor Noll will be assisted bv the Rev. Bernard Sheridan as assistant priest, the Rev. Joseph B. Tieman as deacon and the Rev. Henry Herman as subdeacon. Master of ceremonies will be the Rev. James Hickey. supporting cast this time includes Ruby Keeler and Pat O'Brien. . It seems only yesterday that Powell was in Indianapolis, known as a friendly chap with a pleasing personality and a pleasant voice. In loss than three years he has climbed the movie heights and, according to those who know, his future is secure not only from a box office standpoint, but hard work and study has given him new poise, self-confidence and, above all, showmanship. Powell and his director and some members of his cast left Hollywood for West Point several days ago. According to word just received from Warner Brothers, shooting is progiessing rapidly. The cameraman first caught actual "shots” of the June graduation period at the school and now scenes are being enacted for the headquarters of George Washington,
