Reports Are Awaited fiy I Hit fit Prm NEW' YORK. June 25.—Reports from Scotland Yard and police of Vienna were awaited by authorities here today before beginning new activity in the case of missing Agnes Tufverson, Detroit and New York lawyer. Several queries concerning Captain Ivan Poderjay, who married Miss Tufverson shortly before she disappeared last Dec. 20, haye been sent Scotland Yard and have not yet been answered, police here said. On these replies and on reports of Vienna police, who are holding Poderjay on suspicion of murder, the next step of authorities here will hinge. Unless the body of the missing woman is found, the only charges upon which Poderjay might be returned here are larccncy and perjury, police said. They were attempting to build both of these into extriditable cases in event a murder charge can not be effected. FRANK MANLYJO SPEAK Former Rotary Head Will Speak to tiubmates. Frank P.
