April 26—Archduke Eugene will arrive soon at Gampoldskirchf'n, near icnna. it was learned todav probably to become president of Austria and to be place holder for young Archduke Otto, prospective king. Three rooms have been prepared for Archduke Eugene at the monastery of the order of German Catholic Knigh: A special government decree authorized the 70-year-old bachelor archduke to lead what is expected to b a parade of Hapsourg back to Austria from their postwar exile.
