April 3 —Acquitted of a charge of murder on the high seas, Andrew Donaldson Kirwan prepared today to return to France with his mother, the former Jean Nash, and his devoted stepfather. Paul Dubonnet, wealthy French vintner. It was understood the youth would go to the Dubonnet villa on the French Riviera, where he would be treated for a nervous ailment.
