MILK CONTRACT REPLEVIN ASKED Legal Controversy Renewed Between Rival Dairy Organizations. Suit to replevin approximately 1.200 milk contracts alleged to be in possession of the Indianapolis Dairy Producers' Council was filed in superior court one yesterday by the Indianapolis Dairymen's Cooperative, Inc. The couri suit marks the latest development in a controversy between the two organizations over contracts with Indianapolis dairymen. The contracts, according to the complaint, are in the name of the Indianapolis Dairymen's Cooperative. Inc., and represent con-

Denison Service Will Hold Formal Opening Formal opening of the Denison Service, Pennsylvania and Ohio streets, will he held tomorrow and continue throughout the week. Features of the opening will be displays by the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, Frank Hatfield Company, Standard Oil Company and the Griffith Distributing Company in the main storerooms. This modern downtown parking and service station is equipped to park three hundred cars, two hundred in the downstairs section and 100 on the street section. One hour free parking will be given to every automobile in care of the service during the opening week. Both the parking space and the service station give twenty-four-hour service for the automobile owner. Fritz Bastian is manager. He is assisted by Frank Hanley in charge of the service station and E. W. Shinn in the parking space. Mr. Hanley has had long experience in the one-stop service station business. Mr. Shinn was employed ten years in a downtown parking garage before,he took over the position with the Denison Service. Features of the service are free battery service, specialized lubrication, specialized car washing, three gasolines on sale, six oils and numerous automobile accessories. The entire project is known as the Denison Plaza.
