COUNTY COUNCIL TO RAISE FUNDS FOR VOTER LAW Special Session Is Called Today to Appropriate $104,000. Final plans for registration of Marion county voters will be discussed today when members of the county council meet in special session to appropriate money to finance the registration. CWA ADDS 394 RAIL CROSSINGS TO WORK LIST Monon Included in Widening Program Embracing 54 Counties. Three hundred ninety-four additional grade crossings on five railroads will be improved under the new civil works administration program approved today at state CWA headquarters. \ This will bring the total such improvements in tne state to 613, it was announced. The new list includes a Monon crosing in Marion county. Crossings on the Pere Marquette. Southern, Grand Trunk Western and the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend electric lines are also slated for improvement.
