EGYPTIAN TOMB CURSE PROVED MYTH BY FACTS Figures Show Archeologist! Fatality High in All Climes. B# Science Sm ite WASHINGTON, Jan. 19—It has become a custom in recent years, j when any Egyptologist dies, to ! speak darkly of the curse of the i Pharaohs. The tombs of Egypt, it : is whisprrfd, still hold an awful i and uncanny power to strike those who dare to disturb a Pharaoh’s rest. The unfortunate de,ath of Arthur 1 E P. B. Weigall, noted for his Egyptian research and his books on Egypt, has set the whispers going again. Mr Weigall was 53 years old He had been ill for some time. I In the good cause of setting a . superstition at rest, someone with | a penchant for figures and research might well set the world | straight on this Egyptian curse j matter. i
